Physical Therapy Assistants

John Holdefer PTA (email)

John and Rosemary’s favorite son is a graduate of  Truman State University in Kirksville, Mo. Spring of 1982.  Having received his B.S., he left to work as both a Production Scheduler and Schedule Planner for the Timken Co. here in Colorado Springs.  Timken closed its doors 10 years later and moved to Arkansas allowing him to do what he’d always dreamed of: return to school in his late 30’s.  Proudly, he graduated from Pueblo Community College as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Spring of 1999.  In 16 years at the Penrose System he met many of his present friends/co-workers, the ties that brought him to his present position at Spectrum.

Pastimes include, playing squash with his wife of twenty years, the two time US National Champion, catching the occasional monster trout/steelhead on a “barbless fly,” and alternating reading fiction, nonfiction and technical journals.
