Deep Tissue Massage - Not a painful technique and can be very nurturing.  It is the understanding of the layers of the body, and to work with these layers to relax, lengthen, and release holding patterns in the most effective way possible, working with the layers of the body to relieve pain,  relax, lengthen, and release holding patterns.

Neuromuscular Massage -
Therapeutic Massage, Medical, Trigger Point Therapy, manipulates specific characteristics and functions of the muscular and nervous systems to correct dysfunction in the body.  This is very deep work to reshape dysfunctional connective tissue.

Lymphatic Drainage -
